The award recognizes outstanding executives whose accomplishments offer a roadmap for other leaders looking to leverage supply chain for a competitive advantage. Broadhurst was recognized as one of only 21 industry leaders in the Top Shippers category.  With 2024’s award, we are excited to announce Brian as a five-time Supply Chain Pro to Know.

“I am truly honored to receive this award from Supply & Demand Chain Executive,” Brian Broadhurst said. “Evans Transportation’s Parcels Solutions Division is less than a year old, yet it is already being recognized within the industry for its ability to continue to deliver solutions that empower our clients to become better shippers, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to be a leader as part of this innovative team that’s committed to setting new standards for retail transportation with unparalleled quality and efficiency.”

Broadhurst Evans-1Broadhurst joined Evans in 2023, bringing his entrepreneurial mindset and two decades of industry experience to help build the small parcel division at Evans. Since joining the Evans team, Broadhurst has helped set the strategy for the Parcel Division, launch parcel products, and lead consulting projects, contributing to the company’s projections of 23.8 percent growth in 2024, maintaining its steady trajectory of increased revenue from $80 million to $400 million since 2018.

"Many of today's supply chain pros are more than just leaders within their space; they're innovators, decision makers, pioneers of change and growth. They've spent the last year (and more) creating safer, more efficient supply chains," says Marina Mayer, editor-in-chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive. “New this year, we broke the award down into four distinct categories: Top Procurement Pros; Top Shippers; Rising Stars; and Lifetime Achievement. These winners continue to go above and beyond to overcome challenges, advance supply chain management and make the impossible, possible.”
