Evans Transportation Welcomes Tim Sheehy to Board of Advisors

DELAFIELD, Wis. – Evans Transportation, a full-service, third-party provider of custom logistics solutions for a diverse range of North American shippers, announced the appointment of Tim Sheehy to its Board of Advisors. Sheehy will help deepen connections with key commerce partners in Wisconsin to further establish Evans Transportation as Wisconsin’s third party logistics (3PL) provider.

Sheehy recently transitioned into a senior advisor role with the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC) after having served as president for 31 years. During his tenure as president, Sheehy successfully managed the organization’s objectives of building a talented workforce, fostering a climate that promotes the growth of jobs and capital investments, and leveraging the natural, cultural and physical assets that make metro Milwaukee a distinctive place to live, work and play. He currently serves on the boards of Johnson Financial Group, QPS, Pindel Global Precision, Summerfest, Rocketship Public Charter Schools, Milwaukee College Prep and City Forward Collective. Sheehy attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a scholarship baseball player, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science and received an honorary doctorate from the Medical College of Wisconsin.
