While residing in Wisconsin now, I was born in the sun-kissed city of San Diego, CA, I have always found solace and joy by the ocean, playfully dubbing myself Moana. My family includes two wonderful daughters, Scottie (19) and Jasmina (6), who bring boundless energy to our lives. Our cozy home is shared with two lovable pets – Sugar, a cat, and Tito, a friendly Pitbull. My husband, Admir, hails from the beautiful Bosnia, and we eagerly anticipate planning a visit to his homeland. Amidst the hustle, I discover sheer joy in the art of baking and the tranquility of the great outdoors. Yet, my ultimate bliss unfolds in the simple pleasure of spending quality time with family and friends.
In the journey of my career at Evans Transportation, I've navigated the professional highway with gusto, clocking in a little over three years of exhilarating experiences. I kick-started my expedition as a Customer Service Representative. Eager to broaden my horizons, I transitioned into the role of an Account Manager. Not one to settle for the ordinary, I ascended the ranks to the coveted position of Customer Service Supervisor. And now, dear colleagues and friends, I am thrilled to announce my latest adventure as the Manager of Evans Experience, where I'm poised to elevate our customer and employee interactions to a whole new level of excitement. Buckle up, team Evans, as we embark on this thrilling ride together!
Embarking on challenges with fearless determination, I draw strength from Amelia Earhart's timeless words: "The most effective way to do it, is to do it," empowering myself to conquer obstacles and soar to new heights.
International Women's Day is like the ultimate celebration of fabulousness for women around the globe! It's not just a day; it's a reminder of the incredible strength, resilience, and downright awesomeness that women bring to the table every single day. So, cheers to the women who inspire, lead, create, and laugh in the face of challenges.
My mother's influence weaves a thread of enduring inspiration. Losing her to ovarian cancer at the tender age of 20 was undoubtedly a profound loss, yet from that pain emerged a powerful source of motivation. Her unwavering strength in the face of adversity became a guiding light, igniting my own journey of growth. My mother's legacy has imprinted upon me the significance of resilience, empathy, and the profound impact of giving back to those in need. In her memory, I've embraced a passionate commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others. Each act of kindness, every effort to alleviate someone else's struggle, becomes a tribute to the woman whose spirit continues to shape my character and fuel my determination.
